BY PLANE:

With Manila as your start off point, you can board a 45 minute flight to Laoag International Airport via Philippine Airlines and take a two hour bus ride to Pagudpud.
BY LAND:

Various bus lines serve the Manila-Pagudpud route for a 10-12 hour drive. They operate day and night trips with standard, air-conditioned, deluxe and sleeper buses with built in toilet.

Getting around Pagudpud
To get around Pagudpud, one can take a minibus with fixed route with minimal fare to selected destinations. Tricycles are commonly used in reaching famous attractions and one of the benefits of hiring a tricycle is that the drivers are trained tour guides and they offer a detailed itinerary within the municipality.
Tricycle

These local taxis are widely available in the municipality with a minimum fare of Php 25 per passenger to nearby areas but you can also hire them for a complete Pagudpud Tour if you wish to have a trained local tour guide.
Mini Bus

Some areas can be reached by mini bus at a minimum fare but most are not air-conditioned.
Rent-a-Van

Renting a van is convenient if you travel in a large group since some of the attractions are 10-15 minutes apart.
